Anger is a character trait that is not always used in a positive manner. It can be used as a defense mechanism or as a direct response to situations that are uncomfortable to be in. As employee anger can make the workplace less desirable for others as well as difficult for yourself. Anger requires balance and to recognize the root of why it is demonstrated or expressed.
