According to the Epstein estate, the compensation fund is ready to begin dispersing funds to those survivors who decide to opt in.
Bennet Moskowitz, attorney for the estate has said a majority of the girls will opt in.
Sigrid McCawley, a lawyer for four of the survivors has expressed doubt that the fund would begin to start paying out on June 15th.
