Yesterday news broke that in keeping with tradition the Union Jack flag was to be flown on government buildings in honor of Andrew's 60th birthday as well as the ceremonial ringing of the Westminister Abbey's Bells.

The news was met with immediate backlash and under pressure from citizens as well as elected officials it was decided that the Union Jack did not have to be flown.

The Bells however will still ring in honor of the disgraced Prince. That decision has also been met with intense pushback with Virginia Roberts herself taking to Twitter to blast the idea.
