Things are heating up in the battle between Epstein's Estate and Denise George, the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands.

In a new court filing, George has named Indyke and Kahn as co-conspirators in the suit. The letter stated that neither man should be involved be the compensation fund due to the appearance of impropriety.

Meanwhile questions are still swirling about Denise George and her true motivations as she goes after Jeffrey Epstein's Island holdings.
