In an on going storyline of this case the battle over grand Jury documents from Epstein's first arrest continues to rage.

The judge previously ruled against making the documents public but the Palm Beach post argues that transparency in this case is important considering the veil of secrecy that it has been shrouded in for so long.

The judge will make a ruling soon.
