Prince Charles and Camilla Duchess of Cornwall have missed out on something quite special.

Yesterday they went for a walk through the City Botanic Gardens in Brisbane but if they'd waited just a few more days,  a tree - one very special tree - would have waved to the royal couple!!

That tree is being taught how to wave by scientist and artist David Harris.

David explains to Phoenix Radio's Spencer Howson how science and art can work together (as well as some thoughts on the push to turn STEM into STEAM)
