In Exodus 3:5, God tells Moses to take off his sandals because he is standing on holy ground. After taking off his sandals God goes on to tell Moses that he is to approach Pharaoh to let his people go. He is to go to Pharaoh to release his people. It is so interesting that the conditions then look very familiar to the conditions now. We see people being treated poorly and yet no one is acknowledging Pharaoh's role in sustaining this madness.

Just as God told Moses that he was the one, we too are facing our own burning bushes and God is telling us that we are the ones to confront Pharaoh. How will we know we will succeed? We will know just as Moses knew - because not only has God sent us, but God will be with us. We will not fail.
