Jim Ransier has been involved in Operations for every size company from the scrappy startup to the big corporation. Two things have been consistent; his “glass half full” approach to work and his idea that working relationships founded on trust matter. Currently, he is also Council Member Position 4 in White Salmon, WA where he resides. Jim talks about what it takes to be a great wingman (or woman) at work and life in local government.
