This week we're reviewing two VERY different movies. First up is AMERICAN ASSASSIN from director Michael Cuesta, staring Dylan O'Brien, Michael Keaton and box office poison Taylor Kitsch. Twenty three-year-old Mitch lost his parents to a tragic car accident at the age of fourteen, and his girlfriend to a terrorist attack just as they were engaged. Seeking revenge, he is enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy as a black ops recruit. Kennedy then assigns Cold War veteran Stan Hurley to train Mitch. Then we talk about the latest movie from writer/director Darren Aronofsky staring Jennifer Lawrence, Javier Bardem, Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer- MOTHER! which is splitting audiences. Is this the great flick critics are saying or is the audience in the right? A couple's relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.
