On July 6th 2022, the emergency services of the state of Michigan in the United States, received a distress call from a boy named Paul, reporting that his fifteen year old brother was unconscious. The boy had autism and ADHD and required extra care and attention from his family. Unfortunately, when the paramedics arrived at the scene, the boy had already passed away. The subsequent autopsy revealed startling information. So much so, that during court hearings, his own mother vomited in court after seeing the photos of her son's condition.
