Courtney May has a stressful and demanding job as a police officer in Washington, DC and juggles motherhood at the same time. We talk about how motherhood has affected her performance of her career.

Courtney and her husband, who is also a first responder, have managed to figure out childcare, shifting her focus from work to mommy mode, shift work, and crazy work schedules.

First and foremost, Courtney makes sure to let her husband and family what she needs communicating to help her make it all work.
