We compare ourselves to others in appearance, status and style, focusing on the world's definition of Beauty, and often forgetting about the beauty within ourselves. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), mom, wife and career woman, I have over fifteen years of professional and personal experience with trauma, abuse and issues related to women.
