It might surprise you when I explain what builds up or tears down your self trust. This is the most common thing I see among women today (myself included). Today I'm challenging you to keep your word and work on building up that self trust.
The holiday season is upon us! This year I want you to appreciated yourself, because you deserve it - even if no one else appreciates you. If you listen to this podcast, you want to improve some things about your life & motherhood experience so I want to let you know this is the easiest way to get started making moves towards your dream life....appreciate the heck out of yourself.
For 7 days, I want you to stop grazing, endless snacking, and taking bites, licks and tastes of food throughout the day. This includes scraps off your kids plates. Why? It's important for your physical health & if you have been experiencing unintended weight gain.
Do you need weight loss to be a healthy mom? Probably not, for some maybe. I wanted to go over why I talk about weight loss on the podcast - because these days it's kind of controversial when it comes to including self love.
As moms it is so common to see what everyone else seems to be excelling at, and tell ourselves we "should" be doing that too. This week I'm challenging you to give yourself some grace and find more supportive thoughts to use instead.
Beginning the journey to healthy eating can feel overwhelming, daunting, and impossible if you approach it with an all or nothing view. Even more so when you have a family to take care of.
I'm sharing the 4 steps I use to make healthy eating easier, and that will help you take the first steps to making the changes without it depriving you of things you love.
Making changes to healthy eating will always be uncomfortable, but these steps will help make it feel easier!

No really, what are you using as your reason for not getting healthy, doing the thing you said you would, or going towards your dream.

Negativity in motherhood seems to be all over social media and lead you to believe it's the only choice. Motherhood is hard and it will always suck. But it doesn't have to be like that.
