I want to give a warm welcome to our FIRST special guest ever to appear on MotherHOOD and I cant find anyone more fitting than this beautiful human. I was fortunate enough to help her family purchase their first home in December of 2022, then we sold that one and you just purchased your new home at the end of 2024.
