Six months ago, Greta Base ceased all communications. After radio silence for several months, ARIES, the Corporation responsible for the Samsa VI mission, dispatches a crew to find out what happened to the team of scientists, researchers, and company marines they sent to investigate the planet for biological and pharmacological opportunities.

These specialists soon find themselves woefully unprepared for the job as they discover what happened at Greta Base.
