A lot of people know what is required to get into IT. But they are not motivated enough to code.

They are sometime stuck in their past or some negative issues and not able to concentrate for 6 month to get that IT job.

But they are just stuck at HTML for 6 months. Most of such people lack ambition, energy in their life.

After becoming a full time teacher, i meet people like them a lot.

I want to help them all to become a developer, but they need a lot more before even becoming a developer.
