Define your honor code, your circle should reflect the same creed.

It’s never a loss of respect for me if someone doesn’t share the same vision, hopes, goals and motivations by any means, I’ll always give respect but in the same turn, I respect my goals and honor code as well so even though I respect everyone I do not allow those that do not share the same creed as me to be in my circle.

Someone with a different idea of integrity, a different motivator may distract me, steal from my energy, my time and becoming an obstacle from eventually achieving what my ambitions are aiming for, weather it’s intentional or not is of no consequence as the end result may still be the same!
