I often get asked “how do I motivate my team, colleagues, kids, spouse, etc?” And the simple answer is, you don’t.  It seems like a super power we “should” be able to do right? The truth is, people are either internally or externally motivated and if you want to empower them you’ve got to meet them where they are and find out what motivates them, or what is motivating them currently.  From that place you can then work with them to tap into their motivation and forward movement. Today we dive into all things motivation, it’s a goody!!
