It almost seems counter intuitive to think that us being home more causes more stress! A lot of us no longer have to deal with the daily commute to work because we work from home. Which wouldn't be such a big deal, except working from home means you are more than likely also dealing with the work "at" home. Cleaning, chasing the kids and doing laundry while trying to answer every email and work request can be challenging. With that in mind it's no surprise that we feel that we don't have enough time or any opportunities to do the small things for ourselves. In tonight's show we'll talk with Emily Hunt one of the premiere Yogis in the Greater Cincinnati area to figure out what we can do to create more balance without letting too much time escape us!
