Even the strongest of us have moments of weakness when we just feel too lazy, or we can't get over how hard the upcoming workout's going to be. Next time you start thinking about all the reasons you don't want to exercise, stop yourself and take a moment to be grateful you're able to.
Exercise because you can.
Next time you need some motivation to workout, be grateful you’re able to and then do it. Not everyone has the opportunity you have, and someday you may not have the opportunity.
Think about how fortunate you are to have your body, your mind, your health, your life.
Motion is a sign of life. The only time we are completely motionless is when we’re dead. So, get moving!
Exercise because you love yourself, not because you hate yourself. You want to look better, feel better, and move better. You want to be healthier not only for yourself, but also for your loved ones, right?
So, next time you're having a little reluctance about working out, be grateful you have the chance.
Exercise because you love being alive. Exercise because you can!
Thinking about what you're grateful for can have an amazing impact on your life.
