When I was growing up I always ran into adults who stayed depressed. Always talking bout back in the day & comparing it to a not so bright future. Getting older I fell into that mindset throughout all my 20s & never realized how bad the effects were till 29. A scary way to live & think cause it really brings u to a dark place. It does get harder to stay motivated when u get older but if u don’t give yourself a choice but to be motivated it’s gonna be harder for u to not be unmotivated
