Tasked with creating shared services model and preparing the organization to operate at scale. This included portfolio performance, risk analysis, and P&L impact. Transition the call center operation from a cost to revenue center. Increased business unit contribution margin by building account management teams in new markets; Kula Lumpur, Tokyo, Shenzhen and Tel Aviv. Helped implemented a host of different selling and buying models including cash on delivery and fully electronic payments.
Developed multi-year strategy to outsource a number of back-office functions. Negotiated terms and executed commercial agreements in 12 different countries including France, Tunis, Morocco, Germany, Poland and Turkey.
