Life has ebbs and flows, high highs and low lows, joy and disappointment but through it all, you are not alone.  You where chosen. You were created and the mold was broken. There is only one you who can do what you've been born to do.  

Sometimes we get exhausted or discouraged in the moment. Remind yourself that greater is to come and your presence in the now is necessary to get you there.

My favorite bible scripture is Phillipians 4:6-8. It reminds us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report—if there is any virtue and there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
