There is no replacement of #hardwork for prosperity. No matter how talented you are, you’ve to work hard to excel in life. It’s not about competition only, it’s also about determination and consistency. We need to work hard for prosperity because success demands dedication. No matter which profession you choose which career you aim at, you’ve to work hard to perform the best and make it to the top.  Hard work is the first step towards #smartwork. Through hard work we gain experience; it helps us discover many new things. This experience enables us to think smartly to solve a critical problem and achieve success.  If you are not smart, your hard work won’t pay off. This is why donkeys are valued less than horses. Donkeys work hard, exactly as the master says, whereas the horse does listen to the master but with some level of its own smartness. A. In life, nothing can be done without working hard. Each one of us remembers toiling hard before the exams to get good scores or burning the midnight oil to meet a deadline. We did this because we realised the value of putting in that extra effort because we cherish the dreams and aspirations that we set for ourselves and want to achieve them at any cost.  B. Those not willing to work hard are lazy. Such people shirk all work given to them and lose out on opportunities that others grab. Their aspirations, too, lie within their comfort zones. They don’t like testing themselves too much and are happy allowing things to happen to them, rather than being proactive. Laziness is not an option for the present generation as they aspire for greater things and are willing to work hard it.
