In this episode of Motivational Thursday, I joined Mark to share a powerful mental technique taken from Adam Eason’s book Hypnosis for Runners. We explored how hypnosis-based strategies can help runners (and non-runners alike) improve focus, motivation, and performance by working with the subconscious mind rather than against it.

I also shared how this technique can be applied practically in training and everyday life, making it accessible even for those who are new to hypnosis or mental training.
