Dangers of Not Growing Neutral is lethal; vulnerability; increases spiritual atrophy; rewards diminish Signs, manifestations of spiritual Growth: Hunger; excitement; energy; awkward; frustrating seasons; facing fears, dealing with our stuff: continuing to move. [Not always apparent to the one growing] Essentials:Must Feed; Move; Rest; Relate Listen/hear .... Take action; work through situations [He uses what He doesn’t initiate .... James 1:2-6; Romans 5:3-5; Romans 8:28] [Stretching and straining] Perhaps nothing reveals our growth or lack of it like our prayer life. [Not quantity as much as connection] What do our prayers look like? Speech? Recital? Performance? Begging? Request/Message Machine? Promises/Pledges/Deals?
