But Cognition Winery has flourished in Park City, Utah. Unsurprising, perhaps. Dennis and Gina are serial entrepreneurs. It seems like they never have fewer than four businesses going all at once. And somehow, they make all of them work. Gina has been a visionary in the healthcare field, and admits she’s often the one who comes up with the crazy ideas for the winery. Dennis admits that their business is trial and error, experimentation and going out on a limb. Gina says that you never want to give Dennis a checking account. And coming from a 24/7 working environment in an entirely different career has had an unusual impact on their business.
