This week, we explored one of Scripture's most powerful images for Jesus: the Rock.
From the cornerstone that sets the direction of the entire building, to the keystone that holds everything together, to the capstone that completes the work, Jesus is the stone on which everything depends. He is tested, precious, and sure—the only foundation strong enough to bear the full weight of our lives.
The question isn't whether we'll build something. We all are. The question is what we're building on. When storms come, when plans fail, when life shakes what we've trusted in, the true foundation is revealed. If Jesus is merely another brick in the wall, everything begins to crumble. But if He is the cornerstone, the entire structure stands secure.
This message invites us to examine our foundations. Is Christ at the center of our marriages, friendships, homes, church, and daily decisions? Because when Jesus becomes the cornerstone, everything else finds its proper place.
