"Shermania!" (((HEADPHONES RECOMMENDED))) Produced as a tribute to Disney Legends, the Sherman Brothers, "Shermania!" the film began life first as a song. Robert and Richard Sherman's Father, Tin Pan Alley tune-smith, Al Sherman, told his boys to follow the three S’s when writing songs: make them singable, simple, and sincere. With that ideal as inspiration, composer Jerry Ranger and author/lyricist Cynthia Ferrell co-wrote the song, "Singable, Simple, and Sincere". The song is performed by Tess Ferrell, now lead singer in "Big Band Beat," a broadway-style show on the American Waterfront at Tokyo DisneySea. The film, now titled, "Shermania!" was shot over the course of two days in August 2010 in Los Angeles and Thousand Oaks, California, under the direction of Cynthia Ferrell & Brian McDonald and stars Tess Ferrell and Jerry Ranger.
