This story touched my heart from the moment I came across the page and knew I wanted to do an episode for this beautiful girl not only to raise awareness for what she’s gone through but also to hopefully have her be able to listen back to this one day and realise what an incredibly strong and courageous woman she is.

I had the pleasure of chatting to Lex's sister, Maddy where she so openly shared what Lex and their entire family has gone through over the last few months.
Alexa has gone through the unimaginable and her life changed so drastically in only a matter of seconds after a terrible accident. Doing this episode reminded me how precious our lives are, not to sweat the small stuff and how much we forget to be grateful for the ability to walk and have a functioning brain.
