The other day I participated in an all-day session with a customer who wanted to validate their #Office365 migration plans and initial pilot plans. They had done a great job thinking through the various services and what to roll out when and were looking to deliver maximum value to their users. The only thing that caught my attention was the situating of Teams at the tail end of the rollout in pilot.

In this edition of Michael on the Go I discuss leveraging Teams early in a pilot rollout, in a controlled fashion. The use of Teams by the IT organization to facilitate their rollout collaboration and planning provides the ideal real-world experience for IT to get their feet wet and to have a better appreciation for the capabilities of Teams and how to best manage and promote within the organization.
