Movement Meditation With Qi Gong

In this meditation, we will center with breath, and then move our bodies with some gentle, guided Qi Gong movements. You will need some space and comfortable clothes to do this in (in your home)!
This was offered as part a monthly meditation offered through the Soulful Work Community (www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/group-support/), a group of conscious, spiritual seekers meeting monthly around themes to learn, grow, share and meditate together.
