Hey fam! Today we are going to talk about how we can grow our faith. This is a huge question I continuously receive on Instagram.
As much as I wish I could give you an instructional manual, the best guide we have to grow our faith is the Bible itself.
I want to share what I've learned in my crazy journey of faith and the advice I have for those wondering how to grow their faith.
Hope you all enjoy today's episode!

Toxic relationships are a lot easier to fall into than they are to escape. So let's talk about some ways we can identify healthy and unhealthy relationships before we dive into the deep end with people that we consider our friends.
In today's episode, I want to tell you about mistakes I've personally made in relationships, and what God has taught me through the brokenness of humanity.
Most importantly, we must never try to place someone in the role of God. All relationships are going to fail us whether that be your family, boyfriend, husband, or best friend. Humanity fails us. What I've learned is that people are a horrible source of love because as broken people we provide broken love. Only a perfect God can provide perfect love that will mend our broken hearts.
Sometimes we forget that God is our friend too. He wants to be your best friend- the one that you run to in every joy and sorrow. And, unlike people, he will never fail you and always be there.
I hope this encourages you in your week and helps you to choose friends that will encourage you to take movements towards Christ.
Love you all and thank you for the support!

Growing up, I often convinced myself to stay in toxic relationships because I believed that building boundaries were being unloving and unforgiving. As I talked to my mentor and therapists I came to realize how unbiblically founded this belief was. God calls us to guard our hearts diligently. Loving people never means allowing your heart to be trampled on and walked all over.
Sometimes the loving thing to do is to build a boundary between you and that person.
So let's take a deeper look into what God's Word says about loving others and how we can learn to love others from a distance when necessary.

Suicide is one of the top ten leading causes of death nationwide. It's been a topic long avoided, yet calls for attention as rates are on the rise. Last September was Suicide Prevention Month and one of the best ways to prevent suicide is by bringing it into the light. Today, we will be interviewing Krista DeYoung as she gives us insight on the topic of suicide. She is on her way to becoming a certified therapist and has loads of wisdom to share with us today.
Krista DeYoung has been a close friend and mentor of mine who has walked through some of the darkest of seasons of life with me. She is the founder of her nonprofit organization called Girl Above that educates and equips adolescents dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and more.
In today's episode, we will be discussing how to identify suicidal signs, how we can support a friend if they are suicidal and how to find help for someone else or yourself.

Today, being a Christian can be hard as it's often seen as silly, ignorant, uneducated, and hateful. But I want to talk about how we can stand firm in who we are in Christ and what we believe.
As followers of Christ, we are not going to be liked by the world. Many of us battle with wanting to be accepted by the world while living for Christ, but God tells us we cannot serve two masters. Jesus lived a perfect life. He loved us perfectly, yet He was hated so much so that He was nailed to a cross. So why do we think that just because we love people as Christ loved us, we will be liked?
God doesn't call us to be liked. He calls us to love.
I hope you all have an amazing week! Love you all and thank you so much for your constant support!

Hello friends! I recently asked on my Instagram how I could be praying for ya'll and a lot of people had prayer requests surrounding the topic of anxiety. Anxiety seems to be the common thread between worrying about our future, grades, school, friends, health, and so much more.
I am excited to be talking about how we can combat that anxiety and find a way to confidently trust in God's plan over our circumstances. Anxiety causes us to miss out the joy that God has in store for us. So many of us are anxious because we are trying to be our own God's by controlling what only God was meant to control.
So let's talk about how we can let go of the worries of tomorrow so we can hold on to the blessings of today!

Hey friends! Today we are talking about what it means to place our identity in Christ so that we are able walk confidently in who He is. Growing up, like most girls, I have struggled with confidence and comparison brought me to a place of self hate.
For years and years I tried to find my confidence through almost everything and anything the world advised. Whether that was finding confidence videos from my favorite content creators or influencers, their videos always seemed to fail me. No matter how many sticky notes I placed on the mirror, I never believed I was beautiful and failed to see myself the way God does.
As I began seeking more of God, God revealed to me key things that shifted my walk of insecurity to a walk of security in Him and that is what I want to share with y'all today! Love you all and enjoy!
