"Movers and Shakers in OZ" is my podcast series highlighting community leaders across Ozaukee County. Erica Turner is one of those amazing leaders that stepped out on faith to establish an organization called Bridge the Divide. It is a grassroots effort that began in Cedarburg, WI. It provides a forum for discussion and action around racial repair, reconstruction, and eventually, reconciliation. Erica is a passionate advocate for treating all humanity with love and respect, and hopes that through education, proximity, and discussion, her organization can help foster empathy and decrease fear across her community and beyond.
