Chris Vander Kaay stops by to talk about his newest book, SPOILER ALERT: THE BADASS BOOK OF MOVIE PLOTS, and NERDSoul joins Summer to dive deep into the interrogation.

While this book covers more genres than just science fiction and horror, those are the genres that we focus on in this discussion... mostly. Chris examines why the tropes create expectations for audiences, and how sometimes breaking tropes leads to disappointments and so much more.
