Far in the distant future, or maybe in the distant past there existed a dread captain of  space pirate, like literal space pirates. As in ship and swinging about space ships, it was nuts. His name was Harlock and he had a dream, kind of a crazy dream. Possible a genocidal dream but a dream and this is one of this stories but it's not cannon so don't sweat it.
