Neil and Chris present their Lift/Self-Reliance review!

It's like Snowpiercer in parts of the US but the guys are on fire with talk about movies. Due to inhospitable conditions, the guys cover two streaming movies to keep you warm by the fire. First, the guys are gonna heist your earbuds as they talk the F Gary Gray and Kevin Hart's movies on Netflix- Lift. Then, after some news, they try to keep themselves alive while they Jake Johnson's Self Reliance starring Jake Johnson and Anna Kendrick on Hulu.

Lift is a 2024 American heist comedy film directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Daniel Kunka. The film stars Kevin Hart (who also served as a producer), Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Vincent D'Onofrio, Úrsula Corberó, Billy Magnussen, Jacob Batalon, Jean Reno, and Sam Worthington.

Lift was released on Netflix on January 12, 2024.

Self Reliance is a 2023 American comedy thriller film written, directed by and starring Jake Johnson in his feature length directorial debut. It also stars Anna Kendrick, Natalie Morales, Mary Holland, Emily Hampshire, and Christopher Lloyd.

The film premiered at South by Southwest (SXSW) on March 11, 2023, and was released theatrically in the United States in a one-night special engagement on January 3, 2024, by Neon, followed by a streaming release on Hulu on January 12, 2024.
