It's St. Patrick's Day - so in true Irish spirit we're going to talk about, emigrating! Irish people are known for moving to different countries worldwide whether it's Australia, Canada, America, Thailand or even just another European country. 

So this week I give no bs advice to all of those coming up with excuses.

After a few weeks of not posting, I have decided to take a new direction with the podcast, meaning... there will now be two episodes per week, on Mondays and Thursdays and both will be 20-25 mins long. We'll still be covering all of the topics like self improvement, self love, confidence, advice, relationships, quantum jumping, spirituality, manifesting, money and more!
