Moving Beyond… Episode 3

Helllllo there, are you struggling with self-doubt? Self-doubt has been holding me back for years, and I often feel stuck. I am working on feeling better in myself, more confident, to for example launch and run this podcast, so far it hasn't worked, up until now that is.

Working on feeling more confident is all good, but the problem is that I've been waiting far too long to sort this. Yes, some days I feel more confident in myself, but soon it drops and I get stuck again. 

My intention with this podcast is to 'Do it anyway', and see what will happen.

I will focus on seeing life topics, issues or problems from different perspectives. When you get a different perspective of an issue, it's more likely to move on in Your way, if you choose to.
