Moving on After a Bad Run

Let me set the stage: You just finished a run that was not so great, some even might say it was terrible, you're frustrated, you're tired, and you're questioning whether you're making progress at all. This bad run has you questioning everything including your worth!

Now, once you start to go about the rest of your day, you realize one run isn't so bad. It's not the end of the world, and you're exactly right. Everyone has off days with runs that are far from their best.

This meditation helps you acknowledge that you completed a run, no matter how bad it was, and leave it in the past to focus on the rest of your day. Take a few minutes to soak it in and then refocus on your overall goals. You'll shatter your next run!
