We discuss different tricks and tactics that we use in defense to anxiety, and also the very physical ways anxiety can manifest physically in the form of anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Jessie describes what she experiences physically when having her anxiety attacks, and encourages others to do the same so that we can take the stigma away. Anxiety can cause us to feel broken, isolated, lonely, and alienated and we want to open up the lines of communication so that we may be about to move forward in healing and health.
