è Sanctify yourself! (Joshua 3:5) [Ask the Lord where we need correction and confess our sin. (1 John 1:9)

è Keep the Lord’s presence and His perspective as our key focus! (Joshua 3:3, 4)

• What the Arc of the Covenant represented (contents, track record of blessing)

• Why God’s perspective is essential.

• Losing our focus on Him brings confusion, doubt, fear, stress (See 1 Peter 5:5,6)

• The fear (honor, respect, worship) of the Lord is the Key to wisdom. (Proverbs 9:10)

• “Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart”. (Psalm 27:14)

è Trust the Right spiritual Leadership! (Joshua 3:6-17)

• God-appointed, tried and true leaders with a servant’s heart and examples if faith and obedience. Leaders need to have a track record of faithfulness in adversity and testing.

• God sees and moves “upstream” before I do! (Joshua 3:14-17)
