I am so impressed by individuals who can create music!  Keana Mitchell chose to speak about her original song "Moving On."  This is an inspirational song encouraging listeners to move on.  Sometimes we are holding on so tightly to something that is not serving us like a job, a relationship, or dream that we cannot see the benefits of moving on.  Let it go!  You don't know what you are keeping yourself from!
