Hi loves,

I wanted to share a quick update about the future of this podcast.

Connected was created during a very specific season of my life — one that was rooted in exploration, expression, and a deep desire to share the mystery and wonder of life as I was moving through it. And while I honor that version of myself, I no longer feel aligned with continuing this podcast in the way it once existed.

Rather than forcing something that doesn't feel true to where I am now, I've chosen to let this space become what it naturally is at this point — an archive.

Over the next couple of weeks, this podcast will be removed from platforms like Spotify and Apple, and will remain available on YouTube for anyone who feels called to revisit it.

This isn't a dramatic ending or a definitive goodbye to creating — just an honest acknowledgment that my voice, my work, and the way I express both have shifted.

If and when I feel genuinely moved to create in this way again, it will come from a different place.

Thank you to those of you who have listened, supported, or found something meaningful here. I trust that what resonated reached you when it was meant to.
