Ada breaks off her engagement with her long-time boyfriend, Wale, and arrives home devastated and regretful. To ease the emotional pain, she succumbs to her addiction to tranquillisers and pain reliever pills. These pills blur the lines between reality and fantasy for Ada, renews in her a hope for being loved again, but at the expense of her life.
