Our first interview guest is Faith Sihoho. She is part of Kenyas first ice hockey team. Kenya isn't exactly known for winter sports, but Nairobi's Ice Lions want that to change.  In the podcast we are talking about the life in Kenya and of course about ice hockey and how sports can influence people in a positive way.
