Imagine seeing a full grown adult wearing a onesie, over a diaper, with a pacifier in his mouth. That’s just wrong, right? The writer of Hebrews must have felt the same when he discovered what should have been full-grown Christians still living as spiritual newborns--as if faith in Jesus was the end of the journey, not just the beginning. If you’re going to experience the life God created you for, you’ve gotta spit out that pacifier and move toward maturity!
