Well here's a guy who worked a tons of jobs before making it work for himself.  Meet Cody @a1lawnscapesllc out of the Owensboro Kentucky area.  He's now in his 5th year with a crew with a total of 3 in the truck.  He gives some great insight on how he keeps he's employee taken care of before thinking of himself in his lawn/landscape company.
