Mozambicans will be going to the polls tomorrow (Tuesday) to elect a new government. Last week international observers held a series of meeting with role players in the capital Maputo to make sure that all is on track. Frelimo has been in power since independence while Renamo has been in the opposition. Could we see a change in government after tomorrow or with the status quo remain?
