The Cultural Content of Exodus
Exodus 3:18~20 │ And they will listen to your voice, and you and the elders of Israel shall go to the king of Egypt and say to him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us; and now, please let us go a three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.’ (18)
No matter how renowned people may be, they’ll become slaves to Satan if don’t know the Gospel. A bigger problem is that the culture seized by Satan is proliferating, yet the Gospel culture is nowhere to be seen. Ultimately, just like the Israelites who were enslaved in Egypt and made idols, you’ll have no choice but to live as a slave. How can you create cultural content of Exodus that is considered “Gospel content?”
